Mr. Anes is the Past-President of the Eastern PA Chapter of ASTD and
architect of the ASTD expansion to connect WLP professionals in the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, and northeastern PA region. He

studied theory to practice of emotional intelligence in the workplace.
